Becoming an Issue

I have recently heard from a students' talking about how the parking issue is going to the administrative board. Now if this was not an issue, why would the board of administration become involved?

We need a parking garage. Authorities have said that the amount of parking stickers administered are equal to the amount of spaces available. I beg to differ...
